Welcome to TCC!

The United Methodist Church promotes an Open Mind, Open Hearts and Open Doors policy in its outreach to the community and beyond. As a ministry of Myers Park United Methodist Church, The Children’s Circle also promotes this policy and admits children without regard to race, color, creed, sex or national origin.

2024-25 Registration Info and Forms

• The enrollment deadline for the 2024-25 school year was January 31st at 1pm.
• We are still accepting applications – you will be added to our wait list and notified of any availability.
  
• Please submit the WL application ONLINE using the links below. One form per child.
• Registration fees are $100 for the first child and $50 for each additional child. We will collect these non-refundable fees if we are able to offer your child placement.
• For children offered enrollment in the program, a one month non-refundable tuition prepayment deposit is due upon enrollment and applied to May 2025 tuition.
• Waiting lists will be maintained throughout the school year.
• Please note when completing the form that each program for the 2024-2025 school year is based on child’s age as of 8/31/2024:
  • Toddlers: Age 1 year by 08/31/2024 (birthdate 9/1/2022 through 8/31/2023)
  • 2s: Age 2 years by 08/31/2024 (birthdate 9/1/2021 through 8/31/2022)
  • 3s: Age 3 years by 08/31/2024 (birthdate 9/1/2020 through 8/31/2021)
  • 4s: Age 4 years by 08/31/2024 (birthdate 9/1/2019 through 8/31/2020)
  • TK: Age 5 years by 08/31/2024
