The United Methodist Church promotes an Open Mind, Open Hearts and Open Doors policy in its outreach to the community and beyond. As a ministry of Myers Park United Methodist Church, The Children’s Circle also promotes this policy and admits children without regard to race, color, creed, sex or national origin.

2025-26 Registration Info and Forms

• The 2025-26 Application is now available. One form per child.
• The enrollment deadline for the 2025-26 school year is January 31 at 1pm. If we receive your application after 1:00pm on January 31, you will be placed in the second-round lottery regardless of your priority status.
• Registration fees are $100 for the first child and $50 for each additional child. Note that these fees are non-refundable.
• For TK, a one-month non-refundable tuition deposit is due in addition to the registration fee to confirm enrollment. This will be drafted via Tuition Express on January 31 and applied to May 2026 tuition.
• Applications will be processed in this order: currently enrolled students and siblings of currently enrolled, church members and community families. A lottery is held for the various class options if necessary.
• Toddler-Fours: If you accept placement in the program, a one month non-refundable tuition prepayment deposit is due by March 1 and applied to May 2026 tuition.
• TK: If you accept placement in the program, a non-refundable two-month tuition prepayment deposit is be due by March 1 and applied to March and April 2026 tuition.
• Waiting lists will be maintained throughout the school year.
• Please note when completing the form that each program for the 2025-2026 school year is based on child’s age as of 8/31:
  • • Toddlers: Age 1 year by 08/31/2025
    • 2s: Age 2 years by 08/31/2025
    • 3s: Age 3 years by 08/31/2025
    • 4s: Age 4 years by 08/31/2025
    • TK: Age 5 years by 08/31/2025
    • Note: MWF Toddlers, M-TH 2s and M-F 3s is for our older children in these specific age groups and based on age as of 12/31/2025.
