Please note when completing the form that each program for the 2024-2025 school year is based on child’s age as of 8/31/2024:
- Toddlers: Age 1 year by 08/31/2024 (birthdate 9/1/2022 through 8/31/2023)
- 2s: Age 2 years by 08/31/2024 (birthdate 9/1/2021 through 8/31/2022)
- 3s: Age 3 years by 08/31/2024 (birthdate 9/1/2020 through 8/31/2021)
- 4s: Age 4 years by 08/31/2024 (birthdate 9/1/2019 through 8/31/2020)
- TK: Age 5 years by 08/31/2024
