Circle Too!

Circle Too! offers a rich extension of the preschool philosophy with connections to the morning program. Children enjoy studio time through activities including Arts and Crafts, Basketball, Literacy, Soccer Shots and Kitchen Science. Circle Too! is for children in our 3s, 4s and TK program. It meets immediately following preschool until 1:45 p.m. Carpool begins at 1:45. All children must be potty-trained – no exceptions.

EXCITING NEWS: For the Winter 2025 Session, we are changing the format of Circle Too! and adding a day! The Winter Session will run January 13-March 20 on Mondays (new!), Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Based on feedback from families, there will be two activity options offered each day – you may choose which activity you would like for your child to participate in. Depending on availability upon sign-up, your child may attend 1 day, 2 days, 3 days OR all 4 days of Circle Too!

MONDAYS: Soccer Shots ($220/winter session) or Literacy Lab- 4s/TK Only ($220/winter session)

TUESDAYS: Soccer Shots ($220/winter session) OR Art Lab ($190/winter session)

WEDNESDAYS: P3 Basketball ($220/winter session) or Kitchen Science ($190/winter session)

THURSDAYS: P3 Basketball ($220/winter session) or Stay & Play ($190/winter session)

Registration for Circle Too! Winter 2024 Session will open on Monday, December 9 at 10am for our 4s/TK and on Tuesday, December 10 at 10am for our 3s. If you have any questions, please contact Jamie Curtis at jcurtis@mpumc.org.

SOCCER SHOTS

Taught by a coach from Soccer Shots, children will develop age-appropriate soccer and character-building skills and have FUN! Held in the new MPUMC gym space, TCC Circle Too! teacher Jessica Williams (Mondays) and Andie Griffith (Tuesdays) will also be present with our soccer stars!

LITERACY LAB – 4s/TK ONLY

Melissa McCall of Moving Little Minds, and former TCC Literacy Teacher, will help grow important early literacy skills for children in our 4s/TK through hands on instruction and mindful play. TCC Circle Too! Teacher Courtney Stout will join our little learners for the Literacy Lab as well!

ART LAB

Come create “masterpieces” with a variety of colors, mediums and methods in the TCC Art Lab! TCC Circle Too! Teachers Jocelyn Mueller and Beth Palmer will lead the children in this always fun and very hands-on activity.

P3 BASKETBALL LAB

Ready to play some basketball with college and former professional players from the P3 Basketball Lab organization. Children will learn the fundamentals from coaches who truly understand the game. Held in our new MPUMC gym, TCC Circle Too! Teachers Elizabeth Barton (Wednesdays) and Andie Griffith (Thursdays) will join our hoops stars.

KITCHEN SCIENCE

Calling all little scientists and future chefs – come explore, create and discover as we experiment with fun food ingredients. TCC Circle Too! Teachers Lydia Cunning and Julie Mata will head up our TCC Kitchen Lab. This one is always a blast!

STAY AND PLAY

Ready to just run and play for an extra hour? Children can enjoy our new place spaces and gym as they burn off some steam during the cold winter months. TCC Circle Too! Teachers Jocelyn Mueller and Beth Palmer will coach this one!
